We have some of the best and most experienced massage therapists in the area that can provide you with a host of different techniques specifically designed for you.
If you have PPO health insurance or an FSA or HSA then please be sure to let us check to see if it covers your massage; in most cases it can cover part or all of your massage.
One of the most common massage techniques that we specialize in is Swedish massage which is now known as a "traditional" massage. With techniques borrowed from all over the world, Swedish massage uses a light pressure with long flowing movements designed for pure relaxation.
Another very common technique that we use at our office is deep tissue massage. Deep tissue massage is designed to reach the deep portions of your muscles, specifically the individual muscle fibers. Using deep muscle compression and friction along the grain of the muscle, it's purpose is to break up the stuck muscle fibers and release built up toxins from overuse and stress.
Whichever technique you choose, you'll leave much more relaxed and healthier than when you walked in.
